Nitro Driftline
★★★★☆ 4.2
Nitro Driftline is unapologetically arcade. You're not tuning gear ratios, you're chaining drifts through neon canyons and boosting on the exit. The physics are forgiving in the fun way — you can feel the back end step out and catch it with a tap.
I tested it with both tilt and touch steering. Tilt is fine, but the on-screen controls are the surprise: the drift button doubles as your handbrake and boost gauge, so your thumbs stay in one spot. Track variety is decent, and the sense of speed is genuine.
It's a snack, not a meal, and it knows that. Perfect for a few races on a commute.
